Tess, a consummate professional with over 13 years of managerial experience, specialises in fostering high-performing teams and providing unwavering support to individuals in their pursuit of personal goals. She is a certified integrative counsellor, holding an FdA in Arts in Counselling, and maintains membership with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

Tess brings to her practice a wealth of expertise in various counselling domains, encompassing bereavement and loss, trauma,  facilitation of therapeutic groups for grieving children, addressing attachment and childhood issues, navigating relationships and workplace challenges, managing anxiety and depression, and fostering emotional well-being.
