Ruth - Clinical Director
Hi, I’m Ruth — a BACP-accredited Trauma-Informed Attachment Therapist, ADHD and autism coach, and Relationship & Life/Careers Coach. I work with adults and couples in a straight-talking, practical way — warm, honest, and with a dash of humour, because life’s too short (and too hard) to take yourself too seriously.
I’m ADHD myself, so I get what it’s like to feel different or stuck. I help people make sense of relationships, neurodivergence, and life challenges, giving tools that actually work.
With 25+ years’ experience, including turning around failing care services as a CQC Registered Manager, I’ve supported people through complex trauma, ADHD, autism, and relationship challenges, and offer coaching, mental health assessments, and pre-screening.
Specialisms: Adults • Couples • Neurodiversity • Attachment and relationship issues • Trauma & complex PTSD • Anxiety • Low mood • Self-esteem • Life and career transitions • Coaching

Rowanne - Creative Counsellor
Hi, I’m Rowanne. I offer a warm, creative, and supportive space for adults, children, and young people to explore life’s challenges. Drawing on a postgraduate degree in Drama as Healing, I believe in the power of words, creativity, and storytelling to help people make sense of their experiences and reconnect with themselves.
I’m also completing a master’s degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy, which deepens my understanding of how we heal and grow through connection and self-expression. My approach is person-centred, meaning we’ll work together at your pace in a way that feels right for you.
I have experience supporting people with mental health difficulties, addiction, domestic abuse, bereavement, neurodiversity, and offending behaviours. I bring warmth, curiosity, and creativity to each session, helping you find your voice and move towards growth and healing.

Dan - Momentum & Lifestyle Coach
Hi, I'm Dan.
I'm a personal trainer and life coach offering Momentum Coaching for people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or who struggle to follow through with plans and goals.
My sessions are practical, supportive and tailored to each individual. They're suitable for all levels — whether you're just starting out, looking to build confidence and consistency, or wanting to develop your fitness and routines further.
Depending on your goals, sessions may include motivation and accountability, creating realistic routines that work for you, movement or exercise, walk-and-talk coaching, simple nutrition guidance, and ways to improve energy and overall wellbeing.
I also have ADHD myself, so I understand how challenging it can be to stay consistent and build routines. My aim is to provide supportive, practical guidance that helps people move forward and build real momentum in their lives.
